The basic model of ring mould manufactured by the company is 200-600; Diameter specification: ≤ 1.0mm and above;

All kinds of moulds such as Zhengchang, Muyang, Shende, CPM, Buller and Fengshang can be ordered.

1. Select high-quality refined degassing billet outside the furnace
2. The mould adopts imported gun drill and multi-station group drill. The mould hole is formed at one time, with high smoothness, beautiful appearance of the produced feed, high output, smooth discharge and good particle forming.
3. The mold adopts the treatment process combining American vacuum furnace and continuous quenching furnace, with uniform quenching, good surface smoothness and high hardness, ensuring twice the service life.
